Maybe because they are still a minority. Furthermore, whether it is forced conversion or soft conversion, both are engaged in cultural subversion. I was talking to a few Nagaland Christians when I was in Kohima, and they genuinely believe that British colonization was good for India and for them, considering us savages back then. They even demonize their own ancestors and regard the British as their saviors. And don't get me wrong, their views of Hindus are the same as those of bullas. That's a gross generalization. I might be biased here since my point of reference is limited to NE Christians. I have never met Southern Christians in real life, so I can't say anything about them. Leaving aside the Kanglu bullas, most Assamese bullas I have met turned out to be very patriotic. However, I have never met any Christians from the NE who were patriotic; most of them were separatists and wanted their own country.

Again, that's just a difference in culture. I think the reason we don't eat beef is mostly due to the impact of agriculture. Cows were useful in agricultural societies, so eating them was forbidden. Similarly, they don't eat dogs in Burgerland because they are considered pets.
