It's a legal drug used as painkillers & can only be gotten through prescription in India. If India had a poor regulation like them then we would've seen worse epidemic in India. Doesn't seem like an Indian issue. If India is corrupt then Africa is the mother of it.
Their issue seems to be with India only.

This was done at the cost of Big pharma and West Govts which wanted further exploit the situation in Africa for their gain. They have been trying to demonize Indian pharma industry since then

It's not that they think. It's something that they already know 🤣
Indian cuisine beats almost all other cuisines. India is the land of herbs & spices. Nobody can create flavours like Indians. Like Italians lead the baked food segment. There's no comparison with these two cuisines. The rest of the Western foods are limited to boiled meats, cheese & butter only.
They just want to be racist. That's all.
Look at any rank of the most appreciated cuisines in the world & their business volumes. Indian cuisine would probably be 2nd or 3rd. Some claim that it is eaten by Indian immigrants only so it stands there but the same goes for every other immigrants as well. Indians are the imminent target in today's timeline. They segregate Indians just for existing.
To cope up now they promote Greek (Turkish Lite), Turkish cuisines & also suck up to Mexicans. It's crazy.
Internet mobs are recycling these same satirical videos to brainwash millions of people 24*7. What do you expect?
