1) It is expected from the members that the "live feed" of ongoing operations will not be published in any of the threads. This includes but is not limited to open sources, live media news, social media updates or members living or monitoring those operations by being in the vicinity.
2) Please be considerate of not revealing the personal information of members of the forces.
3) Feel free to create new threads to discuss contentious issues or issues of specific concern like skirmishes etc. The idea is to keep this thread limited (not enforced) only for News and updates as a reference to holistically watch the Indian Army's progress or lack of it.

So,now with this image we can assume two things-
1.The tank was overturned by flash floods later turned again to rescue the crew and 2 more troops were sitting on top of the tank and got swept with the high flow of water.
2.The tank was NOT overturned rather the water level increased too quick for anyone to react and rescue due the flash floods and the 2 troops were on the top same as the first one.
Unfortunate Incident anyways RIP

I don’t think you need to be that harsh accidents happen I call tell you one thing by surety a commanding officer will never want a soldier die under his observation it’s an unfortunate incident and we should learn from it

we loose our men not in war or ci & ct ops but we loose more our men in peace time or suicide or accidents now accidents are increasing, sometime vehicle gir jaata khaai me kabhi pahad ka patthar soldier ko unbearable injuries de deta kabhi suicde, i kknow no co want their men to die under his observation but still we loose our men either we use old equipment or faulty equipment ( faulty - in the sense like there was drill going on in topchi - so bofors got blasted either its barrel or idk which lead to death of 3+ soldiers i guess if i am not wrong ) like this, are we learning from it ? i dont see any improvements

Again everything except ci/ct ops are accidents no one can prevent them and you are following Indian defence that’s why you think it’s only happening here check US army stats more US troops die of accidents and suicides than combat it’s nothing new

I think the best we can do is check the surrounding weather AGAIN iam saying Flash Floods are very brutal they rarely come with any warnings they just come with full force you can’t do anything except maintaining precautions

It’s not possible I thought it was but I re checked it not feasible flash floods are made by extreme thunderstorms,melting of ice caps etc which are natural and not man made
