Soln is to shutdown psu ammo factories and handover same to committed pvt players like solar industries, adani, kalyani etc. But shitty politics means even though solar industries delivered 100000 or so (i may be a bit off on the figure) shivalik grenades with quality 1yr before deadline, they never rec'd a repeat order, instead order split with psu, who have delivered only a third of the order and obviously will be of iffy quality
