India's foreign exchange reserves rose for the eighth straight week, reaching $688.13 billion as of April 25, according to data released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Friday. The reserves grew by $1.98 billion during the week.

SC scraps JSW Steel’s ‘illegal’ Bhushan Power and Steel deal, orders liquidation

The Supreme Court has nullified JSW Steel's resolution plan for Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd, deeming it illegal and ordering liquidation. JSW's plan involved a significant haircut for lenders, offering Rs 19,350 crore to financial creditors and Rs 350 crore to operational creditors.

Thanks to all these shenanigans Bhushan Steel will be liquidated & all those employees & vendors dependent on it, doomed. Wonder why can't the IBC process be started afresh & JSW kept out of it

do we going on Chinese path??? i mean use our resources nd send to other countries to consume it. In return we will get more nd more US dollars. same paper dollars which america prints in trillions. suppose just like china by exporting for 40+ years (by using their resources) we also collect 2-3 trillion dollars. if that time dollar valuation go down due to removal of dollar's reserve currency situation. than we hv devaluated dollars nd we used our resources for other countries. although we ourself need huge resources for our own country people due to huge population. do any one hv answer that its good or bad move in long term for us??
