But seriously, they should start spending. I am probably being harsh on them but the economy should be doing much much better.

they haven't given any indications since budget consultations have just started, but my guess would be they will leave themselves space incase trump goes bonkers middle of next fiscal. trump too will need a few months to settle down to decide, how badly he wants to mess with world economy.

gormint can always come back to parliament to ask for more money, during the fiscal.

i can get these things in uttarakhand in 169 rupees:-
1:- little bigger glass tea than this - 10 rupee.
2:- two samosa - 20 rupee.
3:- 1 veg burger - 40 rupee.
4:- 1 half veg momo (5 pieces) - 30 rupee.
5:- 1 half fried chicken rice - 60 rupee.
6:- one 5 rupee small dairy milk chocolate.
7:- 4 one rupee coffee bite/ kaccha mango toffee.

Yup. Better eat the dinner instead of spending on TEA.

Even in Chennai there are 50rupees Chicken Noodles but we cannot assure it is Chicken.
