Legally would be tough. Unless some gun store reaches out to some police department/OFB and gets all the paperwork done and imports it. However, as @COLDHEARTED AVIATOR mentioned, There's plenty of them moving around in Manipur and Myanmar border areas. If someone gets it via the Golden triangle then the chances are higher.

No way they are going to reach the compartment door itself. Bhaiyaas nowadays hijacking even First Class AC coaches like their own. Reserved passengers were forced to deboard since bhaiyaas sit in every inch.
