Yes, I understand that What I said was extremely offensive to those who lost their life. But that cant be used as a shield for any criticisms, by those sitting at top to continue doing gross dereliction of their duties. It pains a lot seeing those things keeps on repeating and every one else moving on without punishing those responsible.
Deep down this is such an authoritarian country, someone put it right, we all have these little mini maos and mini stalins running around in this nation.
This makes me sad. Genuinely bummed out to know we have men (on the young side I'm guessing) like this in the officer cadre. Beyond shitposting and kanging, I have a lot of respect for the military men. I am a bloody civilian who has never viewed the military as a career option. Because we live in relatively peaceful times and the military is overflowing with recruitment applications. But being a patriotic citizen, I have always taken an interest in national defense, even if limited to casual online banter. We discuss a lot about equipment, tactics, Atmanirvarata and general lore. All of the criticisms noted in this forum is done with the objective of seeing some improvement in our armed forces and the men who serve, be it their quality of life, effectiveness and expanded tools of trade at their disposal. But it's sad to see there are serving men in the officer cadre so resistant to change and self-reflection. Resorting to use foul language to bash critics because bloody civilians can't know anything in an era of information proliferation. If any serving or ex serviceman reads this. We are always sincerely wishing the best for you and your fellow brave men. We believe you deserve better and we believe you are capable of much more.
