Its not that the entire Indian Army is screwed up its just that either SF doesnt get funds or they lack interest.

The way Infanty and RR units are upgrading i am pretty sure in 5 years you wont be able to tell who is who.

And I said that's professionalism, if you are signing up for a job with passion, it's your duty to take interest in it. And it's not a new thing, in earlier armies personal purchase was a common thing

The thing I am praising is the effort these guys take and the understanding. The faliure of leadership at the top who should be caring for these guys ? I totally acknowledge that
