SASR is a tier 1 SMU.. which exclusively enjoys training with SAS/SBS, JTF2, delta. DEVGRU, NZSAS... i dont recall any indian SF unit training with a SMU close to this recently (actually ever in its history lol)

Yes, but the primary maritime counter terrorist unit of Australia is their CDTs Clearance Diver Teams, which have their own component for CT operations. Read 'Navy Divers by Gregor Salmon' it details this

"What would the SASR do if a Bass Strait oil platform was captured? They could parachute onto the rig – no problem – but chances are they would be spotted and the alarmed enemy might turn the platform into the world’s biggest barbecue. At the very least a maritime counter terrorism force needed to be able to execute beyond-horizon, clandestine infiltrations. This required a degree of dive knowledge and boat skills the SASR simply didn’t have.
Only one group within the Australian Defence Force did: the Navy’s clearancedivers.
Since counterterroris is entirly SASR's gig they provide training, qualification, gear and weaponary to the CDTs"

And MARCOS have done joint training with CDT boys also. That too with AUSCDT4 which based is near SASR in Western Australia. So their primier Maritime CT team as well as diving operations

No @Jedi Operator you were right. There are 9 operators in this pic.. the last guy which you are mistaking as Japanese SBU operator is MARCOS. You can even see their sleeve insignia if you look closely, Whereas Japanese SBU operators are lacking any such patch on their sleeves. He's just wearing different color ballistic glasses.

i am not insisting brother.. if you are sure that there are only 8 operators in this pic then i believe you. my basis is on the fact alone that only MARCOS and SBU have similar looking camo's and black PCs, helmets etc in this pic. But this operator is wearing a patch which looks very similar to MARCOS one and is absent on any SBU operator's sleeve. now either he's not MARCOS or you're right in the above statement or this japanese guy borrowed it from our boys xD
