I hate to see operators wearing dial watches..

Non apple watches which provide various functions are cool.

I love the Casio G shock smart watch and Suunto.

There are only 2 impressive things here - The weapon and pants

It's a v well squared out kit in every way. Shooters cut PC with plates, high cut helmet, multicam to match with terrain, PTT, and ofc the beautiful gun setup.

Para sf would be found wearing a jhola chaap harness, green overalls and carrying a bullpup with a reflex sight (and spec ops topi + cool watch) in the same terrain.

Looks like they are learning from the top down (reverse engineering) ,
its a general procedure for all companies that have just stepped in a new domain and do not have the time/capability/capital to go from scratch .

Look at the design , Recreate ,study, improve , modify from other designs /new designs , build . It would be funny if SSS proceeds to sell these in the middle east .

Our top units og sf unit like 1,4, 9 are well equiped in comparison to zarar or powindah

1 still wears those early 2000 saggy rigs - kuch bolne jao toh bolenge boys love it!

9 has a mix of unit stitched, chinese, olive planet & AT pcs

4 wears rigs over unit stitched plate holders.

As spadex also indicated earlier that para might be testing over ear comtacs so most probably more equipment in coming or under testing

Don't know if boys lovs 2000s load bearing vest but they definitely have good stuff and are testing new things
along side it there was pic of 1 para encounter with chest rig and l 3 h sdr. And again l 3 sdr in dump pouch with smpp pc there were bunch of other photos which were bulrred indicates 1 have some good stuff
1 have l3 Harris sdr , tata rajak , thermals ear piece for radio

4 that room clearing with tata rajak was 4 if I am not wrong that was well squared 4 is mostly seen with chest rigs but apart from that they are well squared and well equipped with in ear comms , tata rajak , thermal
They were also seen with infantry PC

It does not have an IR illuminator, it could mean life or death in a overcast moonless night or indoors.

What happened to those black head scarves or bandanas? Until late 2010s it was the trend and then came tactical scarf. black bandana had some history as in early days only Para and other commando units were allowed to weat it as regular units heads find it too unprofessional and too informal.Then after finding out the units which wears this one has greater kill count the higher ranks allowed their men to dress them up like commandos .

I wear them anyways.. I have seen only Infantry and RR CO'S QRT units wear black bandanas. Para guys use shamags, camo bandanas and Headbands under helmets.

pretty much but zeroing them such that the illuminator and IR laser coincide is a pain in the ass thus it's not preferred , even though doing that would be lighter and cheaper .
