I’ve spoken to a few guys who’ve been targeted by this gang and they say their IP addresses were targeted via their X accounts so maybe that’s how.

I don’t think it’s his fault. Generals feel more triggered by what an anonymous user tweets than their own incompetence. Are these the kind of people fit to lead Indian Army? No one can ever question or criticize them. They have reduced Para SF to the standards of an African militia but hey look someone made comments about a general’s daughter. Let’s go after him.

I am not justifying their act but i am saying he made a mistake.

Lets leave the Army to one side and think what if the Generals daughter took offence and went to High Court?..What if she got targeted by her friends?

Why should we bring her into this?

I have never posted a pic of anyone (let alone someone’s daughter) online nor identified them, I’ll make my account unmasked once I stop receiving threats in my DMs and anyone can verify this. I have 0 interest in personal attacks but arguably if I’d blocked these creeps in the past this wouldn’t have happened

Same thing happened to me. I tweeted about that former DG artillery Lt General Pani Puri Shankar talking about how bridges in the Northeast cannot withstand more than 15 tonnes towed guns and I simply asked isn’t it possible for army to improve its logistics by strengthening bridges or making new ones. Most of those bridges are from British era. Then that entire gang came after me to troll.

I have never shared anything that has not already been posted by someone, I accounted for what happened above- I’d like to know what the offence would be in posting a screenshot of a publicly available X post where I have blacked out all faces, all background imagery and the original handle (and my post was also deleted within 12 hours anyway)

If this is really what caused this then these people are more fragile than I thought

I was just looking at these photos just now and noticed even on the m4s they put the thermal behind the red dot. We know thermals cant see through glass (hence they always are mounted in front of the optic). Curious to know how they are using it this way. Even on tavor they use it this way and possibly use the thermal for detection and not engaging, one of the reasons I read in here was so they can use the laser on mepro. Makes little sense though. Laser afaik cant be seen in thermal so, if they want to use the laser for close engagement, they can flip the thermal out and use the laser on mepro. So, if most of them are using it this way (thermal behind the optic), there should be something to it, I want to know why. Its also seems more effective to use the thermal and optic to both detect and engage rather than use one for each.

I have only seen one pic of a para sf m4 where the thermal (Spartan) was mounted in front of the red dot as it should be, I am not able to find that pic.

Second pic I think the thermal is in front but, the red dot looks reversed(?), I cant say for sure.
