anyways 1 Para turns out to be my fav battalion

It's the only one under Western Army Command -
so in war time, they will not have shared responsibility with someone else, like it might happen between 3 and 10 for Southern Command 2,4 & 9 for Northern....and so on....they'd be hella busy -

they often train with counterparts in army and navy to make up for some strength I think so jointmanship is a good thing

Secondly, all the officers we know Maj Sapru, Lt Gen P.C. Katoch, Col A.K. Anand, are highly articulate and Maj Sushant embodies a strong expeditionary spirit.

In an interview, Maj Sushant mentioned that the battalion is authorized 40 officers on paper, yet only 14 were present when he re-visited (this is in the 2020s only).

This reflects that they have never compromised on standards of probation

Look at this interview, I dont know how I keep finding these, but when it comes to jawans, I could only find 1 Para and MARCOS to be well spoken....
- this jawan here talks about how SF should not be used for COIN ops (even Maj Sushant mentioned that)....
- he says he will not discuss TTPs...
- and that 1 Para Diving team did cross border infil through river once during Op Parakram though nothing happened.
- He speaks highly of an SF jawan's capability to read and comprehend log books on various weapons etc. Adires, the navy and airforce personel for their technical ability and says army should have that too. Overall the most well rounded SF I belive is 1

Can they use this binocular while holding thermal in front curious to know what will be image quality as tonbo claims 8x zoom compablity on thier spartan thermal clip on

They dont need to as they have cameras and specialized lenses (and clip on attachments etc).

Its good to know they have all thease camera , lenses and attachment i was just asking to know how will spartan image quality perform in 8x zoom and sf might have all the equipment but this might work for ghatak infantry or infantry i doubt they have same equipment

Axiostat makes haemostatic bandages.

Not sure about torniquets though.
