that's not the M4 we use ( Mlok rail not quadrail) .
the comp M4 is also of different variant (the battery compartment is lower , ours one's generally have the top ones ( barring a few i saw with 10 par)) .
never seen Magpul 5.56 Poly mags .

Maybe all of these are from some secret/new stash but i doubt
