What is the legacy and capabilty of 13SF?

13 are the thunderbolts right? - when did they become wolves? Some yahoo mentioned that 13 is being converted to be on par with 9SF - so wanted some more dope on the unit.

Many units got their 'nicknames' changed 12, 29 etc

Not much is known

I know for a fact they were in JnK

Also they had ordered some weird SAPL PCs, probably changed now
