Ya'll Nibbiars not just Isrealis but also Germans, Force One is probably one of the most trained forces on any State Special Forces in India. There equipments were lacking but now being upgraded.

Germans as in GSG 9?
I also heard that they train Valley QAT in Urban Ops.
Could you share some more info on this unit, if you can?

SSO they are talking about. VDV (airborne) Spetz (Special Purpose Brigades) is their "Commando" capability but primary SOF/Tip of the Spear is their SOF Command - SSO. Any unit not under SSO is not really SOF anymore (this is my 2 paisa)

If my memory serves me right only 7-8 Spetz Brigades were upskilled / upgraded alongside the raising of the SSO.

Is this sarcasm? even in 2012 they look far better at handling and operating firearms than any unit in India, maybe excluding Marcos.
