Mutton is once a week.

Chicken is once a week.

Eggs are twice i think.

Panner or similar is always made when non veg is made.

Rest i have mostly seen troops purchase and make their own non veg food throughout the week.

Specially Gurkha troops and Sardars are very fond of non veg and drinks.

Troops from the hindi belt always have ghee, choorma, halwa etc.

Nowadays some fitness guys keep whey protein aswell.

I was also once living in a hostel in my flight academy which was run by ex faujis and i really hated the food system.

Back then i was eating non veg 3 times a day and i really hated the veg oriented food throughout the week and non veg only made a few days and that too max 2 piece a meal.

I used to crib a lot and wish the academy was based in Kerala but i was in a hindi belt with Poha as the favourite.

Now the irony is i have totally quit non veg food.😝🤣🤣
Thank god ssb rejected me twice, people like me who had beef daily in my childhood would have screwed up badly in army. Btw our training mess was very advanced than the above one.Every day we had eggs in the morning, beef chicken or fish in the noon with rice, snacks in the evening and supper was either chappathi with eggs ,paneer or any veg curry.Plus we had chicken biryanis on weekends.Only pork was not in our training menu which i missed.

Your training mess had Paneer?
Isnt Paneer more popular in North than on South?

No. During a couple of encounters few months back . We lost a lot of guys and the terrorists escaped. They were using Thermals on m4 right?
And how does this video relate to Indian SF? You think they are looking for videos on this forum to learn how to work against thermals?
Just because its remotely related to a similar topic doesn't mean it makes sense.
