yea so post 1994, SAS boat troop stopped diving altogether, earlier they'd had to do royal engineers compression diving and royal navy clearance diving courses - year long to match the skill level of the SBS counterparts and that was a waste of time

1. Usage of strobe function on the tactical flashlights to blind the enemy while making room entry
2. Teacup-ing the pistol
3. Quickdraw drill from the holster to shoot enemy at close proximity, aiming from waist.
4. Machine gun goess brrr, plinks sand 20m above target.
