They had a rough year in the form of 2023. They're the most called up when shit hits the pan. Most no. of unit citations for a SF unit in the last 1.5 decades afaik! They get very little in return - even the modernization kit goes to the newly converted airborne sf battalions first. But made up of absolutely goated people through and through. Absolutely mythical unit that hunts in the shadow, stays low but is the most popular. My favorite too!

Bro Americans in Vietnam have done missions we cant even imagine of.

Staying in enemy territory for days to take one shot of a VietCong General and then slowly crawling back in many days..sometimes crawling very short distance in a day…hitting vietkong camps after crossing other countries.

My logical mind doesnt understand the joke of making fun of americans…had he said the same about other European countries except UK and France i would have laughed my ass off too…

But the jokes on us!

I wouldn't call it hate it's just anger in disappointment we all want the best of our forces and we get no hope for it years after years so the disappointment get bigger not hate same goes for all of the branches

There is no hate from my side only issue is nsg have 5000$ gun sig 553 but rest of thier kit isn't much i would have prefer if they would rather have skeleton AK with better gear and every soldiers have thier on communication (300-700$ for comtacs & they already have radios but stil they could get it in 500$ min to sdr )
Communication is very important btw your operator for situational awareness

Sig 553 is like audi with lower middle class boy who knows he can't afford it but he buys it anyway to look cool then he cuts it money on his food ,clothes

I dont feel anything…Some people think we love to mock the Army.

But whenever i come on this thread i feel really bad for the soldiers and their family coz i know whats gonna happen in summers which could have been stopped.
