Indian Special Forces

has anyone noticed the recent quarrel between digvijay sir and meities on twitter.. can anyone summarize the whole issue?

Are you sure thats Glocks? I think thats jericco pistol.SG was equipped by S-13 and heard they were equipped with Jericco pistols Mp-5 and Hungarian and Russian Aks.
not sure, this article explores Glocks which I found pretty interesting.
Also did'nt the Jericco first come in the 1990s ?

You are right, SG was mostly equipped with Jericho and later transitioned to FN Five Seven. However one commando company/squadron of SG was most probably the first end user of Glock pistols in India (chai paani source)

Nothing much. He came on twitter and is pretty vocal on the whole manipur issue. And the rabid upstarts are just beefing with him, sometimes accusing IA/AR to be siding with Kukis. Nothing new

Sorry bro i didn’t read the article at the first time and only after posting it i read it.I said because of the blued or white coloured ejection port of the pistol.May be it was a gen 1 glock or Browning as browning has that blued ejection port.
On a personal note i liked Brownings more than Glocks as it was heavier and i got best accuracy and groupings with them, though on multiple occasions i had my casings stuck over the ejection port. Plus Brownings are not at all suitable for high speed or any kind of ops as its comparatively hard to cock and release the safety also deassembly was hard.you could cock the glocks by just rubbing the slide over your pants😀

Bro this is offtopic but let me tell you something, kukis were anti India for so long time just like many of the other tribes but the neither the meitis are any good.Have been following some meiti paramilitary accounts .Dont think they are going to side with our boys .Both the groups have heavily armed para militias and both have to be bring under control to control any future civil war.

an ex SAS guy also said this once, even though they'd prefer Sig Sauer over brownings, calling the browning outdated and unreliable compared to even the older versions of Sig Sauer
