Looks like some sort of star or sun like Latin airforces.

Most likely a Mexican AF (SEDENA) C295. The high wing config is clearly evident of a C295. The orange strip could also mean that this is a SAR variant. Mexicans use this aircraft for both SAR and Transport.
IAF/IA uses C130J and AN32 for para drops, so whoever this moron is on twitter, is just bullshiting!!

It's always better than wearing m74 and Paratrooper helmet that they wear during helicopter and static line jumps. They'll definately mount nods and stuff on it
