This here is a very interesting traveling vlog about the Ziro valley in Arunachal Pradesh & the Apatani tribe inhabiting it . Apparently until the 1980s there were no churches there but now they're 50% Christian like the rest of AP.

You'd think the neighbouring states may have done it with the Nagas being prime suspects as after all the state borders AP besides having a Naga population. That's true but the others will suprise & shock you.

True, around 10 years ago, when I was in Silchar, Assam, there were none of them. I heard from some of my friends that there are quite a lot of them there too. They are infiltrating Assam as well.

By the time the government and the general public notice it, it will already be too late.

Sangh is getting more and more active across northeast and the same 'missionary evangelicals vs adivasi/tribal faith' battle is playing out in there (like it did in Chattisgarh and even Odisha where 'conversions' were actual polling issues).

For instance, there is this movement in Meghalaya where Sangh linked tribal orgs 'reconvert' chrischun converts into some indigenous faith (forgot their name). And these ops get messy real quick - a very prominent tribal activist (considered part of RSS inner circle in northeast) was gunned down by church linked goons back in the UPA 1 era because he was accused of 'reconverting too many tribals' by the church.

Memberans keep breaking their bangles over the bangladesh border (which is actually very secure these days) but there is next to zero discussion on the Myanmar border...

It's coz the green beast is a different beast - a Raktabeej if you like , in ways the non green beast will never be. You yourself admit to it when describing the re conversion of certain tribes in Meghalaya which you'd never see with malaun lungis & even if it's possible I'd be opposed to it.

Let's consider the worst case scenario in case of massive infiltration of non greens from Myanmar. What's the worst that could happen ? We'd have a return to full blown insurgency in some parts of a state or perhaps a state or 2 in the NE. We've already been there , done that.

Now compare that to the malaun lungis who slip into various parts of the country & affect everything from the local economy to the socio cultural aspects besides religious demographics. These sub humans are a virtual cancer eating up the vitals of a body , spreading malignancy & metastasizing .

I despise the malaun lungi more than I do the ordinary Paxtani or Afghandu . The latter are at least a visible threat confined to beyond our borders . The former is already in & invisible , not very conspicuous , in great numbers with many waiting to pole vault across .

They're a clear & present danger . No quarter ought to be extended when dealing with either of them for we won't be extended any but dealing with the malaun lungis would well engulf us in a civil war. I don't think it's avoidable nor do I wish it to be so. Any pussy footing around it will spell our doom as a civilization.
