Indo US Relations

Interesting musings by one Frenchman who is normally a Chinese shill on the current US planted hit-pieces in WaPoo, in particular the "Indian interference in Maldives elections" one

How on earth would WaPo journalists have access to any of this? This was obviously leaked by intelligence services. Which intelligence services? It doesn't take a genius to figure it out: which intelligence services would have "surveillance records of phone calls and meetings held by [a] RAW official" who is posted in "New Delhi’s embassy in Washington"? Or the capability to track "an Indian military aircraft with its transponder turned off"?

And for this we can only hypothesize and notice that it comes in the context of a striking deterioration of the relationship between the U.S. and India versus just a couple of years ago. You had the recent criminal indictment in the U.S. of Adani (a key Modi ally). You had the whole scandal around the assassinations and attempted assassinations of Khalistani separatists by India in Canada and the U.S. You just had the whole public debate around H-1B visa for Indian nationals. And you of course had the recent warming of relations between India and China (with notably the consensus to manage their border disputes) which ought to have profoundly displeased Washington.

Or it could simply be a warning shot to India by Washington, showing the depth of their penetration and surveillance capabilities of Indian operations with the implied message "we know everything you guys do and can expose much more so don't f*ck with us."
Again, we don't know... But if I were a betting man, I'd wager that far from intimidating India and creating friction in the relationship with China, this will more likely have the exact opposite effect. Indian policymakers aren't naive; they can read between the lines of such stories and may conclude that an "ally" who surveils their diplomats and leaks sensitive intelligence to embarrass them isn't much of an "ally" at all...
At the end what this story reveals isn't so much India's interference in the Maldives, but Washington's violation of other countries' sovereignty with its surveillance capabilities and its playbook of using its media outlet as geopolitical weapons. In a multipolar world where countries are increasingly wise to these tactics, such moves tend to backfire and push nations who resent them closer together in an “alliance of the aggrieved.”

I like this term "Alliance of the Aggrieved", very apt.

I don't think Indians are realising how much of a big deal this is.

Basically, Americans are listening to everything Indian embassies do via hardware backdoors. Every gov communication, every military communication of India, the American agencies can listen to.

We are already digital vassals and slaves of the USA.

India is one of the most surveilled counties by the Yanks(Map below). Their New delhi embassy operates as a base for collecting huge amounts of SIGINT.

Btw, Read "Permanent record" by Edward Snowden. Goes into a fair amount of detail. Yanks even have listening tools in undersea cables and they have invested billions in a program called "bullrun" to break cryptographic encryption.

I will say this again, barring some bits and pieces burger boys do not have access to shit and are cooking up stories. Did you forget what happened when the pannun saga first came out? How ridiculous those planted articles sounded?

The same pattern is noticeable here.

1. Article extensively quotes some muizzu associate who apparently had access to some juicy details. Does anyone here truly believe that maldives, of all, could have access to such advanced surveillance tech?

2. Not even IT celliyas would believe that Savio is capable of plotting a regime change.

3. Why would the R&AW agents meet in Washington DC to hatch a regime change plot in maldives?

4. Overall, the same plot describing how some uber chad modern day James Bond 'intercepted' some conversations between Indian agents (just like pannun and nijjar saga).

They are repurposing the same story with different characters. Should be obvious by now. The continuous source of drip drip info leaks imply that the gormint is playing hardball and getting more and more adventurous - which is whybthe yanks are pissed and threatening the GoI with warning shots.

Agree with those asking the gormint to kick out/screw up chingchong gerry and Bezos post. Journos have been kicked out for far less in the past 12 months.

Incredible that they would bring up food security for a country like India, as if India were doing it for some profit, or otherwise disingenuous reason.
And the criticisms of India for launching missiles, possessing a space programme, and conducting nuclear tests, come almost exclusively from the affluent western countries. The basis of their censure, is that India is poor country that should concentrate on uplifting its people from the shackles of poverty and hunger! That is precisely what India is doing with its food security policy, and they have to find fault with that as well.

Wonder what is their goal

I wonder also, in last 20 days of Budhen raaj is this their scheme to crater US India relations so that Trump will be in hot water
You have answered the first question yourself. Expect more crap before 20th Jan

Dems are sore losers and wish to make it harder and harder for Trump presidency denying him of any potential wins during tenure.

It pure humiliation that an orange media baboon who is convicted and responsible for capitol riots has won again. Its like fate has given every opportunity to win yet they have squandered it.

They want to play little finger but expect lannister respect worldwide. They have promoted alliances like AUKUS but failed on Ukraine and Middle-east. World just sees Dems as pathetic compared to Trump.

Its the genocider's argument.

Please formerly colonized world concentrate on only wealth building. Do not focus on technological achievements that will help you defend yourself and possibly even use to unleash your revenge upon colonial european powers for the depravity they engaged in during colonial era.

That way it is easier for us Colonial European powers to loot your wealth once again without any consequences

Yes right on, and it needn't even involve India developing missile, space or nuclear technology. I distinctly remember, that when there was an article about the Kolkata Metro in a major Canadian newspaper many years ago, a reader was affected enough to write a letter to the editor, questioning India for even building a subway system, considering there were so many poor and starving people in the country. Such is the mercantilist sensitivity to any major capability building by a developing country.

Chin.chongs and the " based " Koreans are now jumping on the band wagon targeting indians on YouTube atleast.
Convinent for them to make a case for their own Ching chong kind to take place of indians in usa.
And the goldfish memory which shartmericans have , results in them convinently forgetting that , who took their ability of mass production and made their coal belt into rust belt.

Afeemchis and Gooks are the slit eyed versions of Jooz.
Even if ebul poojeets are deported, the cumskin swines are still cooked in the coming decades
Jooz/Chinks and elite whiteys will be the ruling caste while prole whitey will be slowly exterminated by Pablo, Tyrone and now, Jamal also...

YouTube has better moderation standards and a way even bigger e-lashkar wing (than on xitter). MAGAtards do not stand a chance and chongs/gooks are too few to matter.
