You should include the RRTS of Mumbai as part of the urban rail transport length calculations.
Ya'll RRTS are commuter rails not urban transits.
 
That is a meaningless distinction. Rather it is a subset of urban transit so you should add that to urban transit.
Then by that logic HSR should be also Included in Urban transit as you can travel from station A to staion B in same city using the HSR.

Urban transit is meant for everyday travel for the majority while HSR is more like seasonal travel. Used sometimes but not frequently like a commute.

HSR does not make stop in every town or at every station while Mumbai RRTS nearly makes a stop in every station along the path or something the like.
