no way rajasthan should be kept with other states , they have huge tourism economy , better roads, average national HDI , promising education sector, promising energy powerhouse.

Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh moved out of BIMARU status in last 10 years.

Currently the worse performing region is Eastern UP along with Bihar. West Bengal is still getting investments in Kolkata region consistently. It is performing silently, but it was supposed to go toe to toe with Mumbai, New Delhi.

Jharkhand looks like another mindless zombie state. Chhattisgarh getting new semiconductor plant.
