Considering the 'world's first' character of the satellite(s) being launched, and the excellent apogee, 60,000 km for the first time, ( with PSLV, it is at most sub-GTO of 22,000 or so) it has been somewhat low profile in response and recognition!

S. Somanath mentioned in the post launch comments, that it would be Spadex, with the rider perhaps in December itself. The date of Dec 20th has been stated several times. Hope they can stick to it!
