Mein 6apri culture ko blame karta hu is ke liye. Saale reels dekhenge/ banayenge din var par kaam ka kuch nehi dekhenge youtube par... not even when their lives depend on it, literally!!Good quality PCs can be pricey, plates can be expensive depending on levels, not everyone needs NVG, sights can sometimes get more expensive than rifles itself. Leave all of these.
Let's talk about IFAK.
Unlike plate carriers, every single personnel on the field from a cook to Colonel to tank crew should ideally have an IFAK with them. For the price of a single Robotic-Kukur you can provide 2,000 Chaps with IFAK. And not just any ragtag kit with some cotton and a bottle of Savlon; but a proper kit with everything from shears, Israeli bandage, tourniquet to even epinephrine or morphine shots. Especially when as of now no-one has managed to make me understand what exactly would be the role of these robots. Or how they'll be cost effective compared to an UAV or even a large UGV.
But sadly, let alone having them in sufficient numbers most people here aren't aware of even the concept of IFAK.
More like Krieg.Yeah and soon we will become Jawas

It's a Western/NATO concept that instead of a medic carrying 5kg worth of bandage and dressings; it's better to just give everyone a small 500gm pouch with just enough supplies to treat one person. Especially for things like bullet injury and bleeding. And perhaps most importantly, teach him how to treat himself. This way you can free up the medic from all these minor issues and he can focus on serious traumas.what is IFAK
Americans found out the hard way in Vietnam war when medics were getting taken out left and right with all their load on their body. And more GIs got shot while trying to drag the bodies out of the kill zone. Now everybody gets their own trauma pack. And the corpsman doesn't have to intervene unless it's a grievous injury. It's a Western/NATO concept that instead of a medic carrying 5kg worth of bandage and dressings; it's better to just give everyone a small 500gm pouch with just enough supplies to treat one person. We'll too HabibiAmericans found out the hard way
Is his view being obstructed by the NVG, moreover he is not even looking at the rifle sight rather looking at the camera, looks more like a photo ops to me.

Obviously not FACOG (though would have been one heck of a name), but he's absolutely right...it's a Chinese copy.View attachment 21128

Generic term fake+acog=facogObviously not FACOG (though would have been one heck of a name), but he's absolutely right...it's a Chinese copy.
There's no specific company as with almost all Chinese products, instead what you've is one design that's used by multiple OEMs. So here's two selling exact same thing

Half of the sight is just useless gimmicks; you don't need all these Picatinny rails or such high back-up sights, especially with fibre optics. As for the core prism sight itself, what I've observed is that they're decent...when you remove one from the packaging. But how long one maintains this quality in military use is totally upto Chairman Mao's blessings.
But these things are quite popular on ground because compared to Indian firms selling ScrewdriverGiri-ed holographic sights for thousands of rupees, you can buy one of these from AliExpress for just 2,500.

Seriously who handles the SM of IA ? Should be fired along with whatever babus or gernails hired him.
WTF is that helmet camo ! If we can even call it camo ..... how can this be acceptable in any army except a banana republic. Doesn't it hurt the alleged officer's pride and OLQ's of the great british officer class ?View attachment 20533
Tan boots blends well with new camo
