Our Military will sooner or later release a press briefing where they will acknowledge what losses we faced, and what kills (Radars, SAMs, Aircraft) we have scored on the Pakistani side along with Proofs (Radar Images, Satellite Images, Intercepts, Wreckages, footage etc) of the same.
In 2019, when WC Abhinandan shot down a PAF F-16 using an R-73, IAF released radar images taken by it's PHALCON AWACS that was operating that day on 27th February 2019 when Pakistan launched Swift Retort.
If during Operation Sindhoor we have shot down "n" number of PAF jets in the air or neutralized them on their home bases itself, then India will release proof of the same too.
Compared to the conflict in 2019, India has taken the trouble to present forth evidence to prove it struck its intended targets during operation Sindhoor.

Let's say IAF tries to buy F35, it will take 1-2 year atleast for negotiation. Then it will take 5-6 years for the first aircraft to get delivered. That is 2032-2033. Situation is same with Su-57. Buying ready made AWACs like that is also gonna take a lot of time 3-4 years + time that will take to do the whole integration.

Calm down Armed forces and GoI will work to find counters to these if PAF get these new toys. If PAF get these quickly it will certainly put pressure on the establishment to quickly act and fastrack things.

It does tell that pakis are being funded by IMF, WB, chongs only for weapons and they fear this rogue nation might collapse if not constantly fed. 40 J-35s alone will cost $4 billion+ including weapons and spares if the costs online are correct. This alone is 3-4% of their actual GDP, and 10% of annual tax collections.

Porks are the most loyal bioweapons of anglo saxons and the han, them being turned into a frankenstein proxy is not good for us. GoI needs to subsidise exports of offensive platforms to countries around south china sea.

Imports are not immediate solution either. Because those too take their sweet time. We have to improve our air defences. This is the reason why Bhaduria ji was saying buying 5th gen jet isn't the solution to this problem.

What makes you and others think that Indian defense forces have called it a day and are now wallowing in victory? I am pretty sure that Indian side has huge data information on Pakistani defense forces and are now not only taking effectivr counter measures but also planning to acquire weapons systems to that could wreck a lot more damage than present systems.

I, for one, was completely surprised by the penetration, effectiveness and extent to which our air force, missiles, drone systems have performed and slmost obliterated Pakistan's air defence with PAF nowhere to be seen e cept on day 1. Mind you we never used military (apart from operations by SFs behind enemy lines) and navy.

Exactly I too completely disagree with some of the assumptions by certain members. If our forces were reckless and wailing in victory they wouldn't be doing all these emergency procurement rn. Nor you would be hearing about induction of those VHF radars and other stuffs.

Ngl our folks need to calm down. And need to think before taking any extraordinary news coming from Pakistan with a cup of salt. Pakistan will get J35s but I don't think how China will deliver them first before setting up production lines for itself. And they used to claim same stuff for those subs. People here were panicking reading similar paxtani phamplet that Pakistan Navy will now have edge over IN in few years. Paxtanis were saying China will deliver all the subs in just one year. What happened to that?

China isn't their Jinn, it can't make stuff come out of thin air and just deliver them through Insta-Jinn delivery services. Things takes time to get delivered. That being said ofc we should not take them lightly. We have to prepare ourselves against these things because they will get these stuff eventually.

More Scalp, ROCKS, Rampage can be imported. I think the only partner that can help us in a manner similar to how China is helping Pakistan, is Israel.

If a platform needs to be imported then I think it should be 2 squadrons of F35A with AIM120C8 & AARGM-ER via FMS route. Even if they are not reasonably integrated into IAF ecosystem, these working by themselves could deter Chinese & Pakistan until AMCA comes online. Maybe the deliveries can get expedited too, as it directly affects USA. Because if new Chinese weapons perform well during next IAF-PAF clash then China will gain experience and confidence to initiate action on Taiwan. Also, it might keep India quiet during a potential Taiwan war. Otherwise even coercive mobilization by Indian forces could tie down quite a bit of Chinese resources.

Agree with everything before this but on F35s I think FMS doesn't guarantee fast delivery. Because there are already tons of orders for F35s. And there are still gonna be many complicated processes involved even via this route. At best 1-2 years earlier than usual route. We aren't getting any jet before 2030. Look at the Apache & F404 drama. US can always pull that bs with F-35 as well citing supply chain issues.

There are some details that don't make sense. The PL-17 is much bigger than the weapons bay of the J-35/FC-31 AFAIK so I don't think all the details there are 100% accurate. In any case, regardless of what members here think and public opinion shapes up and regardless of when the PAF inducts the J-35, DRDO, HAL, IAF and GoI need to take up AMCA's case with war footing. If they can replicate what they did with Zorawar's development, that would be the best. There is no room for procrastination there.
