If we negotiate and place a order in 2 years time , Muricans can easily deliver 4-5 Sqns of F-35 by 2030 . we can deploy operationalise them and also integrate them into our war doctrine and IADS , its not that you just induct and fly an fighter right into enemy territory next day .

In light of urgent needs IAF should order the Su-57 with latest engines. We should also buy 2 extra regiments of S400 and 5 Regiments of the S500, we should also opt for local assembly with TOT.

Not sure what is their current state of production , But funnily RuaF just took delivery of two Su-35 last week , So i don't think they will be able to deliver any Su-57 in double digit numbers , Regarding S-400 not sure we will be able to get any new command centre and radars .
