haven't read the book, but found this quote interesting.

in this case, we have to assume trade negotiations everywhere across the world are a tough endeavour. while other countries ensure their govt's side of the story gets amplified, Indian media dumps gora view (reuters piece in this case) directly on to Indian readers, which leads to anxieties among the public.

reuters works on behalf european/trans atlantic interests, obviously will amplify talking points beneficial to their side.

This time the inaction (no further bombardment for another 3-4 days) will be regretted in future. Whatever be the reasons for de-escalation, but it was the high time to crush Pakistan for 20-30 years at least. We won't get the opportunity any more.

As I have stated earlier, there is another showdown with Pakistan coming. So those who are clamoring for war will get their wishes fulfilled.

In my previous post, where I give the jungle analogy, I have stated that Russia & China are firmly allied against the US. This puts USA at disadvantage; and to augment this disadvantage, the US needs India as an ally. However, USA does not believe in the concept of alliance; and therefore all its so called allies are in reality vassals. USA is hoping that by cooperating with China and Pakistan, it will convert India into a vassal. However, this is a wishful thinking on the part of USA. India will only cooperate with USA on the matters that are mutually beneficial. To ensure its strategic autonomy, India's military buildup will accelerate in coming months and years. US and China will sponsor another confrontation between India and Pakistan in the future. This is why complacency must not take hold in India's military plannings.

As a matter of fact, I would be happy if an act of terrorism happens sooner than later. It might sound cruel and illogical but that is the only way forward for us to destroy the country called pakistan, split it into four pieces and make sure that it poses no further existential threat to us in future. Terrorism is rooted in the very veins of Pakistani Punjabi muslims, untill and unless we make them flee from from their land we will not be able to live in peace. For that we need to split them into 4, make them endlessly fight inbetween them for food, land and water.

Recently, he has been behaving like a Chinese spokesperson, mesmerised by their power, control and technology!
How shamelessly he has to praise the Chinese with nothing to show for pakistan, is fairly blatant in the interviews.

Yes, the first engine has been delivered, but the second one is delayed, Even If U.S. delivers all the engines, they will serve for the next 10 years. However, during this time, India must develop an indigenous engine and eventually replace all American engines with it.
