Is saab 2000 exclusively uses link 16? If so can it communicate with jf17 and j10c? If the saab only uses link 16, how can it command jf17 and j10? If it can establish a data link between jf17, it can theoretically establish such a link between pl 15 too, i suspect. Not suggesting that napakis have the grey matter to make it happen, but it's a probability.

First is establishing the link. Next is encoding and decoding communications. The third is encryption and decryption of ciphers. Fourth is enough power onboard and chip capacity for doing all this processing at real time and communicating with ground based C&Cs. If any of these steps are broken, there is no integrated response.
