If we don't take emergency measures and get our act together, we will be in trouble with Pakistan + with China in support within next 3 years or earlier. I think China will not fully engage us kinetically before it deals with Taiwan, it is using Pakistan to test out it's equipment and processes, and contain us before it potentially fights with USA and Japan over Taiwan. If Trump is still in power in 2027 or early 2028, after potentially losing midterms then China might go for it then.

Mere Mitro! Please relax. Our Military will sooner or later release a press briefing where they will acknowledge what losses we faced, and what kills (Radars, SAMs, Aircraft) we have scored on the Pakistani side along with Proofs (Radar Images, Satellite Images, Intercepts, Wreckages, footage etc) of the same.
In 2019, when WC Abhinandan shot down a PAF F-16 using an R-73, IAF released radar images taken by it's PHALCON AWACS that was operating that day on 27th February 2019 when Pakistan launched Swift Retort.
If during Operation Sindhoor we have shot down "n" number of PAF jets in the air or neutralized them on their home bases itself, then India will release proof of the same too.
Compared to the conflict in 2019, India has taken the trouble to present forth evidence to prove it struck its intended targets during operation Sindhoor.

Let's say IAF tries to buy F35, it will take 1-2 year atleast for negotiation. Then it will take 5-6 years for the first aircraft to get delivered. That is 2032-2033. Situation is same with Su-57. Buying ready made AWACs like that is also gonna take a lot of time 3-4 years + time that will take to do the whole integration.

Calm down Armed forces and GoI will work to find counters to these if PAF get these new toys. If PAF get these quickly it will certainly put pressure on the establishment to quickly act and fastrack things.

It does tell that pakis are being funded by IMF, WB, chongs only for weapons and they fear this rogue nation might collapse if not constantly fed. 40 J-35s alone will cost $4 billion+ including weapons and spares if the costs online are correct. This alone is 3-4% of their actual GDP, and 10% of annual tax collections.

Imports are not immediate solution either. Because those too take their sweet time. We have to improve our air defences. This is the reason why Bhaduria ji was saying buying 5th gen jet isn't the solution to this problem.

I am pretty sure that Indian side has huge data information on Pakistani defense forces and are now not only taking effectivr counter measures but also planning to acquire weapons systems to that could wreck a lot more damage than present systems.

I, for one, was completely surprised by the penetration, effectiveness and extent to which our air force, missiles, drone systems have performed and slmost obliterated Pakistan's air defence with PAF nowhere to be seen e cept on day 1. Mind you we never used military (apart from operations by SFs behind enemy lines) and navy.

Exactly I too completely disagree with some of the assumptions by certain members. If our forces were reckless and wailing in victory they wouldn't be doing all these emergency procurement rn. Nor you would be hearing about induction of those VHF radars and other stuffs.

Ngl our folks need to calm down. And need to think before taking any extraordinary news coming from Pakistan with a cup of salt. Pakistan will get J35s but I don't think how China will deliver them first before setting up production lines for itself. And they used to claim same stuff for those subs. People here were panicking reading similar paxtani phamplet that Pakistan Navy will now have edge over IN in few years. Paxtanis were saying China will deliver all the subs in just one year. What happened to that?
