yes....but only border areas north india is engaged in war (thnx to 3 army etc). meanwhile our uttarakhand is near 990 km approx from LOC. doesnt feel like we r in war. last 3 nights i heard blasting noises. but they turned out marriage crackers sound. no offense to anyone...but i want to feel that situation. where our life is so vulnerable, that any second can be last second of my life. that type of situation (thrilling experience) never happened in my life. not suggesting it should happen to any people life though. just telling my honest thinking. here i m not trying to mock our people (who facing this situation) or making fun of their condition.
