Stock market hasn't crashed. Nifty is +30 right now
VIX is still 18.5 something, briefly went up to 19.5 - high but not panic mode
Put writers are not unwinding

Stock Market does not believe this will escalate any further. And more often than not, stock market is usually correct

Hellfire saying on X that our side UAVs only brought down,

but bash on regardless...

WHen you are an attacker you are bound to take losses i dont know how many of you have ever played rush modes in battlefield game but attackers are always bound to take heavy losses initially and once the defence is breached attackers have a field day inside defender territory and losses start to even out on both sides with defenders loosing territory by the end game.
So iaf warplanes were attacked by paf through their airspace and some are bound to get shot down it can only be avoided if iaf and indian army would have dared to go prempetive on paf sam systems but indian military did not attacked any pakistan military assests anywhere therefore it got very challenging for indian air force to attack the enemy in a contested air space but still they fuked the paki sites very deeply and fought bravely for survival if it was a full fledged war paf air assets will be targeted first as it is the only domain where they match indian armed forces.

They are trying to building a case to hit our dams, next target would be Karachi if they try that ever try that stunt
lol they have that lone dam in mirpur Mangala/ tarbela. Precision strike on it is enough to kill millions of Pakistanis both upstream and downstream. Attacking our dams is like handing over the jackpot ticket to us unconditionally…

If it's the only dam they have then we can't easily destroyer it in case they attack ours, that way they won't be able to store any water

Watching this thread since 3AM and went through shit loads of tweets and posts on reddit. The fact of the matter is we are simply reacting here. Lot of the members here who were baying for revenge would have got their bone to lick on. No offense. However, like one member said this is like patting a snake. Not attacking their military infrastructure is absolute BS. They are the bastards who give them cover. Porki military and terrorists are the same.

Don't think I am black pilling here. I was glad to see the precision strikes on targets. I don't think expensive SCALP or Hammer missiles would have been used. They are too precious to be used at the beginning. We need to be prepared with all options at our table. And I reiterate again we need to strike them again once winter sets in Himalayas. We need to be proactive in striking their targets. I hope this is not another get back to business normal just like every terrorist attack before. We need to assert our dominance and show the Porki scum what our superior conventional force looks like.

Our Navy too should be prepared to lay waste to Karachi. They fucking know they are not prepared for war. All that mobilization was only to cover our adventures if we undertake any. @Azaad perfectly said it. We could not protect our citizens without our own borders. That will weigh on us. We need massive retaliation on their military assets and terror infrastructure for the entire world to see. They need to be humiliated. Let our forces take more time to come up with even brutal operation in September/October.

Why Karachi that still has 250,000 Hindus?

The populous Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Faisalabad area seems like a better choice, though not near the sea.

Ya'll Nibbiars This time the ISI bots getting befitting replies on SM's and fact checked by the PIB.

terrorists hit us.
we hit terrorists back.
non-escalatory as GoI calls it. this is a measured and correct response.
we don't hit their mil installations unless war is our objective, which is not the case . we gotta think about our ekanamy, they don't need to being the eternal beggar kaum.

does hitting terror targets resolve the root problem? No.
that needs dismembering napak and causing it to implode.
which is a larger non-mil project.

Karachi meaning not the entire city which ofcourse is not practical. I am talking about their ports, Navy bases, docks, fuel depots, and military infrastructure. We should have our precision missile ready to fire at moments notice. I don't know what missiles they used. But goddamn we seem to have improved accuracy of our missiles. I read somewhere long ago DRDO was using Laser gyroscopes in our missile guidance systems. We need more of that.

I don't want to play spoil spot and I am very happy too

But if govt thinks only this missile strike that too against terrorists will stop future attacks then they are highly delusional

For something credible to happen we need to get their military installations their families and their assets
Not rag tag militants who are disposable

Otherwise after 1 or 2 years things will start again
That can happen in future strikes. We are widening our operational space. If the things continue the way they are going. I suspect that in next incident they will evacuate even punjabi seminaries and shelter the terrorists in their military establishment. We will surprise them by attacking their too. The takeaway of this strike is we will hit the terrorists. It doesn't matter whether they are in J&K or in Punjab. In next strike they will learn that it doesn't matter even if they are in military installations. This strike thus make it clear we are after terrorists and their location is immaterial. Hence its significant.
