I want to take a guess here

In the multiple footages we only see a single sam taking off. And in some we see a flash.
I don't think it was an aircraft that we hit since aircrafts operate in groups. If there were multiple aircrafts we would have seen multiple sams. Same goes for air to ground missiles. You don't launch one, you launch multiple.

My guess is either it was a drone that they sent to check out our A2AD systems around Amritsar or a single air launched missle.

Clearly it is not a drone , and we have already done an operation deep into their cities yesterday so need for another air defence testing mission which could be suicidal.
From the visual it looks like a SAM , the visuals are limited who knows how many was fired

My dear friend s 400 was not activated when indian jets were in air as lot of jamming and electronic warfare was taking place and risk of downing friendly jet was very high as indian jets were definitely too close to pakistani jets once these indian jets entered indian airspace hq9b activated amd fired missile salvos on all returning indian jets and some missiles do hit indian jets.
Only gripe was their hq9b should have been neutralised or jammed before the mission.
Regarding pl15 it was launched at maximum distance and no pl15 hit only hq9b got the hits.

If missiles hit jets we would have found jets by now when all droptank other parts found how can plane not be found.either you are porki or falling for their propoganda. Wait for official confirmation

Where this skirmish took place so they fired air to air missile we did not cross the border this time or the Pakistanis targeted our jets flying within our territory during or after mission sindoor. If later than we should we should also target there jets within their territory but near border with our Sam's like S400 because I also heard of hq9b in jaislmer we should not forgive all these failed nuisances.
