I believe Pakistan focused too much on asymmetric warfare and ignored their conventional capabilities. It is resulting in a subpar inventory of weapons conventionally. They relied on optics and nuclear umbrella to deter India, however now they will be forced to spend on conventional weapons going forward as a credible deterrence to India. Interesting dynamics at play
