No, they have missiles alright. But miniature nukes ready to fit into a missile or other delivery system is unlikely. Is it possible they might gotten from their Daddy China? Maybe. But still rather doubtful. On the other hand we have a full functioning Nuclear triad. Given that we have intercepted most of their missiles since the conflict began, if we found out we have intercepted a nuclear tipped missile, then Porkistan will be in the dustbin of history. They don't have the balls to go that far. They know that very well what is at stake here. If they want to be suicidal, they can always try.
nirbhay are very expensive missiles used to protect/ annihilate enemies completely. We haven’t touched them yet because war isn’t declared and we are on so called proportionate response.
