They won't get it back. Iran must be desperately awaiting such a situation. In the past Paxtan has done so . Shifting its assets to Iran but that was when the Shah of Iran was in power .Long back there were rumours that PAF will move it's assets to Iran in a major conflict. That may be soon if this pitai continues
Ever since the Islamists took over in Iran , both Paxtan & Iran don't see eye to eye. That gave a filip to the strategic depth policy in Afghanistan culminating in the Taliban finally seizing power in Kabul with the help of Fauji Foundation only to discover the Taliban has developed strategic depth in Paxtan courtesy the TTP & now increasingly the Balochi Sarmachars.
