So, what is your point ? Why do you need satellite infrared pics.. If the fire department is good.. the fire will be gone within hour, and the satellite wouldn't even notice..

i live in country of forest fires, that has forest fires the size of entire mumbai city itself burning at the same time - the fire burns so hot that you cant water- bomb the fire, it all evaporates before reaching core of the fire.
You cant just put out an entire dharavi-wide fire just by calling all the fire departments in India - fires beyond a certain size are impossible to control and ONLY thing you can do, is cut off other trees and blow up houses and create a dead-zone perimeter for the fuel of the fire - burnables- so the fire dies out on its own.
And we launch infrared satellites PRECISELY for this purpose - to detect fires huge enough to register as heat signature from space, because THEN it is a big deal and we gotta do a lot to put it out and fight it or evacuate.
So if you have infrared satellite of a fire burning so big it is detectable from space, that is the most quantified proof of a fire possible on earth.
THAT is why i care to see this infrared imagery.
Yes, i know general awaam wants to see pictures and videos but i am a scientist and i care for incontrovertible scientific proof and for a fire that is big enough to be detected from space, that #1 level of proof is infrared imagery.
If we have that, its GG. The end. no questions asked by any sane person around the world. ever.
