The Navy's deployment in the Arabian Sea during Operation Sindoor virtually forced the Pakistan Navy to remain in the harbour or near port, the Indian Navy said today, revealing for the first time the role naval forces played in the Pahalgam terror attack counterstrike.

Ya'll Nibbiars The Armed Forces has downed a few planes, the number would not be revealed just as of now the figures will be revealed after some time.

What I can summate from this is this.

1) We are not ready for a 2 front war,not economically stronger to withstand the pressure of powers be.

2)We must accelerate the domestic production be it howitzers or drones or LCA or even sukhois ( super sukhoi upgrade ).A nation that can replenish losses fast will win the war.

3) Got to be very serious on indigenous efforts in jet engines ,I guess kaveri cold section will be good enough for uav but for anything manned we need more efforts. No nation is going to help in hot section despite stupid claims of media.GTRE will prove to be insufficient and we need a dedicated special program with different salary structure on par with global giants to achieve it .How we do it ....I don't know.

4) The big elephant in room...5 th generation ,atleast as a stop gap.2 squadrons of su-57 asap.Even with al-41 engines will do but we need them in next 3 years.AMCA will take atleast 10 years.

5)Upgradation of mig-29k.I was listening to everyone in last 3 days to use the carrier. Our mig-29k has very old radar and ew .An old zhuk slotted aray radar.Asap we need either uttam aesa / indigenous equivalent or just get the zhuk ae( not even in Russian production so may be tough to get).

Another Russian plane in IAF arsenal? NO WAY. Even Russian Air force has not inducted Su-57 in good numbers, why should we? We need to get off our addiction to Russian weapons. I am glad we are walking on that path slowly. Your concern is no one is going to give us Jet Engine technology. Well, if media reports are to be believed out of the 3 competing for joint development of Jet Engine for our AMCA program, Rolls Royce is more inclined to share the technology and also for us to keep 100% IPR. The reason I believe there is some substance to these reports is UK is developing 6th generation fighter. Initially, they went alone. However, looking at costs involved they brought in Italy and Japan as partners.

Both Italy and Japan don't have deep pockets either. They are aging countries who will have lot of commitment to cater to their older population with pensions alone eating up big share of their budgets. This year UK is planning to spend 2 billion pounds on their Tempest program. Looking at how much US spent on F-22 and F-35 program you know it is chump change. And US is a country which already had experience building stealth fighters even before F-22 and F-35 became reality. So Rolls Royce just might budge to give us the Technology in return for some good money.

Are all these proofs baits for the piglets to finally lose it and attack us, thereby them violating the ceasefire?

What you mean?????

Whats going on bro?????

Sorry for one liner @admins....

Probably both clearing border villages and moving big guns forward.

To me it's a nothing burger, some firing will happen but won't escalate.

The only way I see to deal with the nuclear bluff is to hit big and then cry Porkies are going to launch nukes, so the world should stop them.

We should use the same tactics Porkies do, since it's obviously effective.
