So the air marshal indeed accepted that losses are always there in conflicts but the main objective was achieved. This is exaclty what we were saying from the beginning that objective's success is what matters. He also said that we dont have any wreckage of PAF with us as of now.

Excellent press briefing, that how it should be done. I remember Air Marshal Bharti as a Group Captain and SU-30 MKI pilot who came on a NatGeo documentary about the IAF. His explanation about the dog-fighting abilities of the SU-30 in the documentary was interesting. To sum up- thats how press briefings should be.

On being asked about if pakistan is baying for time to stock itself up the DGMO hinted that we should be clear about what asking for time means during such hostilites. I think he is suggesting that they know what pakis are doing and most probably pakis asked for time to clear the border populations and have the US handle their nuclear ficaso to which we agreed and are now hearing about the clearing of villages across the LOC.
