Let's assume towed decoy was used then enemy will know the radar signature of the decoy and we might lose the surprise ..similarly there are many such scenarios

China, yes, I agree. Turkey, a resounding no.
Also, that is what I mentioned in my post prior to this, that we need to invest in indigenous critical technologies. At this point, we are still quite dependent on imports for our military. If we can reach self-reliance for battle-critical systems and reduce turnaround times for damaged equipment asap, that'll give us a massive edge. Then we can work towards more complex tech (we are already working in almost all complex subsystems) over the next decade.

First thing to invest is manpower which is exactly what I said.

First give good salaries to get the best guys.
Without it nothing will happen.

Regarding turkey they have 5 gen demosntraroe already flying ,stealth drones already operational.So yes they are doing better than us in some critical sectors.

Ballistic missile despite being very fast has very predictable path. Not a single Iranian missile hit any valuable target in Israel, despite them intercepting about half of those, Because predictable path means you can pick and choose as per the prospective impact site.

Is it just me or is this current situation less of a ceasefire and more of just a (temporary?) cessation of proactive offensive ops? Non-stop violations continue, there seems to be at least some retaliation from own end too.

Yes however the key thing is they missed intercepting half of them . Recently a solitary ballistic missile from the Yemen hit the Israeli airport , one of the most protected places in the world despite multiple attempts to intercept it via a layered system .

Claiming that we will intercept all of Paks nuclear missiles is jsut dangerous talk .

Yea, I'm pretty pissed off because I doubt PAF (or even their Navy) will be as weak as it is right now (not to mention most bases being damaged), I doubt their AD will be as easy to breach next time. And most importantly, there's no way to be sure that by next time they won't have found ways to get through our AD based on current learnings to kill civilians - since they kept trying to hit civ targets this time.
