IAF was told not to engage the PAF or any military targets that first night . After that they hit a bunch of airfields , what happened to the PL15 , why didn't they hit any other plane? In fact we found a no of PL15 which has basically run out of fuel which means that the PAF fired them from so far back because they were afraid to get in range of the Indian air defense systems once the IAF was given the free hand to hit them in range.

GOI had ordered IAF not to fire at Paki aircraft pre-emptively on the day of terror camp strikes.. guess Modi hoped that Pakistan would not strike Indian aircraft firing from within Indian territory .. Alas, it was again a mistake..
Pakistan aircraft took full advantage of IAF SOP..

After the first day, IAF started targetting PAF Radars and military bases, and PAF was nowhere to be seen..

Moral of the story: Next time, start by taking out radars and SAMs and cratering Pakistani airfields 15 min before hitting Terror Targers

Better be prepared for this which I call a post apocalyptic scenario.This is going to be de rigeur as long as Paxtan exists & will continue long after it has split up as well. In fact this will probably be true of all states bordering Paxtan going ahead.

For perspective consider Israel vis a vis Lebanon or Gaza as of now. Who knows what the future holds?!

In the larger picture, what Joseph Noony says is bang on, we should have finished the job when we had them on the mat. But I guess the nuke base airstrike made matters a bit too complicated with US dept of energy getting involved etc....I am inclined to believe we were forced to strike Kirana hills because porkies were abt to do something on the N front, and not as a show of strength, precisely because it complicates the situation and prevents us from pursuing further conventional military goals .

Anyway lets hope Op Sindhoor continues and we completely defang porkies and their military

I think we should ask them politely about the acquisitions they were planning in NE.
We should tell them we are willing to "engage" if they are interested.
We should send a couple of squadron of tejas and 5 squadron of Akash to talk to them.
That should do it.

Next time also it will be the same NO ESCALATION SAAR, ONLY TERROR CAMPS, NOT PAKI MIL INFRA HIT SAAR restrictions for IAF.
Political Objective is """""no escalation""""" and not military rationality of doing SEAD/DEAD before sending in the birds

We have to show the gora sahibs that we are a ReSpOnSiBLe PoWeR by fighting with one hand tied behind our back.

They're really quiet, especially since the last 2 days or so since we droned down air defense systems on day 2. They went from kanging about opening a second front to be put in their place without firing a single shot at them. Must be on suicide watch.
 
Individual systems are important but in today's era integration and situational awareness more important is the lesson we got to learn . Threat detection , threat diversification in real time , proper response according to threat in real time and awareness of enemy movements for delivering offence at proper place and time is the game changer in modern war .

Unlikely because the Overton window has shifted. Ironically the Pakistanis did it themselves and then got a bunch of their airbases bombed .
