I am not duffer, i am MSc guy in math- i can put 2+2 together and if input is solid,output too is, in my mind- if you have 'strikes' on a nuclear weapons facility and then you order boron, it means ur uranium or plutonium is on fire and melting down. What scale, how much - that obviously i dont know or cant tell.
But just to give you an eg, chernobyl needed about 5000 tonnes of boron dropped on its ass to stop being reactive ( it is still minorly reactive, coz u cant really ever kill a nuclear fission reaction, you can just blanket it in neutron asorber-which is boron- and let boron keep eating its neutrons, so reactivity dies/drops and its just faint glowy stuff to put it in idot terms).
A military cargo plane can probably hold 100-150 tonnes of boron. So scale can be inferred from this, but not confirmed for sure but the arrival of boron can be confirmed for sure,because you only ever need it when there is a meltdown.

If your uranium facility's uranium storage tank is broken and uranium ore or uranium fuel is exposed or leaking out, you want lead.Lead is what absorbes the radiation from uranium that affects us - alpha,beta and gamma radiation.Thats why you have lead sheilding in CT scan rooms, not boron. You want boron when you have an out of control reaction getting hotter and hotter and catching on fire and making a 1500C fire like chernobyl turned into- which you can do to a nuclear bomb by blowing up another bomb over it ( i already explained why you cannot set it off in a nuclear reaction a few pages before, go check if you have questions). A meltdown of ANY scale is a big deal. period. Even if its a kilo of uranium on meltdown, its STILL a big deal and will make any engineer shit his pants on how to solve this, fyi. coz solution is possible, but not easy.

I find it strange that some Indians are actually opposed to the idea of Pakistan’s de-nuclearisation.
If Pakistan’s nuclear installations have indeed been targeted, any sane Indian would welcome it.

I'm 99% sure these things specific to Brahmos aren't in open domain.
From what I know, AA missiles definitely have a rather short shelf life if you keep them in your average warehouse because of moisture fucking with the systems and fuel. BUT I've also heard that specialized artificial climate warehouses allow those to last for a literal decade.

I'm sure certain parts of the missile do expire but do we order the whole ass missile or does it come in parts to be assembled at a later time. Can you replace the deprecated parts without scrapping the entire missile? Will our Brahmos ever find a girl who loves him back? These are sensitive questions. Let's not ponder on it.

Paki plane or US energy plane, the scenario doesnt change much - its still a damn sniffer plane. there is only one reason for it to be there. There is also one reason for Egyptian military to fly in Boron- which egypt mines and sells btw- to pakistan.

because you are not detecting radiation eminating from the site in case of a meltdown, you are detecting radiation emitted from the airborne burning radioactive material, that is inside smoke of burning meltdown scenario. again. meltdown is a very specific nuclear physics thing. This i know to a decently good degree too ( 1st tier nuclear physics course for eg, which is a 300 level course in science depts, aka 3rd year).
This is why chernobyl was detected in sweden and not in moscow and moscow was actually blind to the lies of the commies down on ground till it send people after it got exposed - coz wind carried burning chernobyl dust to sweden, not moscow, that is how the air patterns 'do'.

I am no meteoroligical guru, so i wont claim or deny if WE should be able to detect it or not, all i am going to say is the answer lies in wind pattern data and its easily possible for us to not notice it but iran to go 'wtf pakis. why do i have radioactive smoke in chabahar'.

I think they will be intercepted while they are still in Pakistani airspace. Of course, in a hotly contested war, nothing is 100% certain.

imo the numbers are low? Years ago i vaguely remember reading India had plans to produce
upto 2000 brahmos India in 10 years from one facility ,since we are also exporting them now I would think that there would even more produced and more facilities?? and all services will use them.
