He would probably argue that the surgical strikes were just the Indian Army practicing for the Republic Day parade. From the high resolution pics being released seems like the strikes were almost with 0 CEP also vector controlled for maximum damage.

And these are targets in the know, I suspect almost 3 times more targets are hit which basically means almost 1/5 of all airbase critical infrastructure.
