This is one thing i respect more about pakis than our desis - they arent adopting western attire and fashion and becoming coconut browns like many in our desh are.

Na sir , that guy is kind of a geoguessr fellow .
On old place , he ran a full thread of pak order of battle deployment till batallion level , on maps and regularly upgraded it .
If you know about brahmos , he probably knows about that too.
Also , I don't believe airforce on this part at all .
Seriously airforce never knew what's there? I don't buy it .
It's literally on Wikipedia , that those places were used for kirana 1 sub critical nuke tests. In 80s . Before their chagai 1 test which was actual one .
That place has AQ Khan lab nearby , and noorkhan airbase too.

So subjugating PAK permanently only will nullify our one front and we would be able to tackle China. our Path to world stage will only come when China accepts us as equal partner in Asia and works with us. Till that time we have to fight this WAR.

Exactly we took off the foot from pedal at a very wrong time , Porki Navy is nothing but couple of subs and few frigates in next 5 years time they will induct all the submarines ordered from Bat soup boys and also more war ships which will unnecessarily put pressure on our WNC to deploy more resources than what we did last week in a future conflict and if the Bat soup decides to move ahead in sea battle we have much bigger IOR region to cover which would only spread our navy very thin in defending .

Sure, but lets remember to not become english++ in the process like euros are becoming and makeit clear, we are here to replace english eventually.
Afterall, why not- our languages are structurally, poetically and grammatically insanely superior to english. It so much more expressive due to its consise and far more systemastic logical grammar. as well as a far more advanced phonetic script.
We should remember, we are 1.4 billion. 1.15 if we call all muslims traitors in worst case scenario ( they are not but here is soothing hinduvta hearts) - the entire western world is smaller - amrekka +europe is less than 800 million and even including latin america, they are still only size of india itself.

So lets remember - most people can learn 2 or more languages, so its no biggie to promote our own as well. I prefer hindi for now, but if desis can revive sanskrit like jews did for hebrew, i will promote sanskrit.

And no, i am not sure he knows this - i dont know what it says of brahmos on wiki.i dont go to wiki for most things, except for pointers- then i find my own thing. I have my own brochures of brahmos from an air-show. I specifically ordered.
So i got what they want their 'customah' to know in plain 'geo-speak' terms for non pros like me.
And its pretty clear-cut to those who know cruise missiles that 'final dance' is a rare feature that very few cruise missiles have- brahmos being one of the most recent ones of it. So brahmos can hit any target from any bearing its operator wishes to.

PS: Its not difficult to acquire customer brochures for any military product in an open air-show.Its kind of their whole PR thing- they put out a small booklet that is true but simplified to read like a small intro-booklet to both an actual customer and curious public without telling either anything too much of consequence but everything that is true and wow-sounding to make heads turn.
You just have to know how to find these shows and order their open source shit if you care. that is all.

it's not pakistan the country, it's ISI and it's PR agency ISPR. they have embedded a lot of their assets in think tanks, politics and news agencies in washington and london for decades. pace of which has picked up during bush's war on terror.
No journo working for foreign news agencies can come to islamabad without ISPR's approval,
No journo can travel outside of islamabad without ISPR's approval.
No researcher can have access to paki military officers without ISI's approval, if they don't like what has been written they withdraw the privilege of access.
all journos of paki origin working for foreign publications have dual citizenship.

There is a reason why a mere rumour favouring pakiland becomes headlines in foreign news agencies. journos and news agencies fear losing access. they run a very tight ship there.

A idea up for discussion.
Usually in SEAD operations the ground based radars are the top priority.
Destroy all enemy high capacity radars.

Once the radars have been destroyed, the accompanying SAM's become almost orphans. Yes, many SAM's have seekers but you need to first aim the missile in the general direction of the intruding aircraft or missile. The on-board seeker can then try to get a fix if it manages to get close enough to the target.

Without the radar systems SAM's may well become useless.

Now in order to minimise the vulnerability of SAM's why not store the missiles in underground hardened shelters with sliding steel doors. Blast proof. Of course a really powerful conventional or nuclear blast can damage even the hardened shelters.

Now is it technically impossible for a airborne radar like the AWACS with 360 degrees scan, track etc capability to take control of an SAM missile which is fired vertically up from an underground launch pad and then guide the missile to the target. It can probably work for at least countering fighter aircraft. Ballistic missiles with their high apogee flight paths probably cannot be tracked by AWACS radars.

One limitation is that AWACS radars can't match the capabilities of large, powerful ground based radars.

But I guess something is better than nothing.

I guess fighter aircraft and cruise missiles can be tracked by AWACS systems.

What are the advantage of the proposed strategy.
One, since the SAM's will be in protected underground launch pads they cannot be easily destroyed. Another is, even if above ground radars are neutralised the
AWACS will still be there to ensure that the Air Defence System is operational.

Yes, the AWACS can also be shot down but by virtue of it being a highly mobile platform it has a better chance of surviving.

Usually powerful, large ground radar stations are fixed whose positions can be pin pointed by the enemy ISR aircraft or satellites. Enemy aircraft know their location and will try to avoid flying near them.

Now, concealed underground SAM launch pads can be established in different locations which the enemy may not be aware of. What is needed is an AWACS to be present in the area to detect the intruder and then guide the SAM fired from the underground launch pad towards the target. Since the launch pads are underground and camouflaged nothing will be seen or detected by enemy surveillance assets. So an element of surprise can be established. The enemy fighter will be confidently flying over terrain which apparently has no overground radar installations and SAM's but will be ambushed by an SAM suddenly appearing from an undetected underground launch pad.

Well, is this science fiction or technologically possible. I had raised this idea earlier too.

None of what you written is science fiction. By placing SAM's under hardened shelters you are literally giving the enemy enough reason to believe there is something of high value you are hiding there. SAM's are meant to be mobile, they are not meant to stay in the same place. Some big SAM's like the ones which can intercept ballistic missiles are usually kept underground in dense green cover setting. These things are expensive to maintain, pain in the ass actually.

Think about our SSBNs, it carries nukes and it is always hidden lurking under water. Since it's role is defensive it needs to be extra careful where it is going. During conflict it needs to be ready to fire nuclear tipped ballistic missile if the enemy takes out our nuclear missiles and installations. All in all it is stressful to maintain missiles hidden whether it is in submarines sailing underwater or underground. The stressful part here is not so much about financial, it is mainly about command and control. This is the reason US, Russia, France, China build aircrafts to carry nukes. They don't want to be reliant on some under bunker to do the job.
