If a country can go to war, it can also suspend treaties.

regarding IWT suspension, the one that would be hurt would be if we divert Chenab.

Bombay-delhi wont be nuked except as retaliation.
Pakis are not stupid, they know if they do nuke mumabi and delhi, we will hunt down every woman and child relative of the paki jernails and kill them.
Pakis cannot do the same as India is not run like an elitist mafia country by the military, there isnt a nodal structure to kill in terms of demographics.
Paki nuke threat is more hot air than anything.
if they were serious, they'd have done it after balakot penitration, which showed one thing- we can fly over pakistan as we wish and they cant touch us.

Sovereignty is guaranteed by strength.

International law is only to keep weak countries in line. Strong countries make their own laws.

If you are unarmed and I have a loaded AK47 then whatever I say becomes the law for you.

It's not a law. Legally, nothing is preventing GoI from nuking whoever it sees fit in a moment's notice.

India will not use nukes first, even if go to war,
in case Paki uses a nuke, it will be destroyed. it won't just be India doing it and even it's pimp China would not come to it's rescue.

yeah, them using nukes on Mumbai or Delhi is when they realize they are at their last resort OR the nukes have fallen into hands of rabid mullas.

Also, pretty much there would be lot of eyes in the skies monitoring Paki nuke sites.
Any movement there would result in some rapid response from our side.

the tactical nuke delivery system they use is RAAD, for which they would need to enter our airspace to bomb mumbai or delhi or any major city, its range is around 300 km, regarding the other one NASR has range of 70 km, wtf are they going to do with 70km strike range idk?

and regarding the tactical nukes, if they dare to use that, they will make the war go to highest level of escalation in that for using of that 70km nuke we would launch our AGNIS and other delivery system.

A barrage is not a dam. you dont need to make a bloody dam to divert a river.
The biggest river diversion project in India is Farakka barrage. its NOT a dam.
There is no reservoir for barrages, nor is the barrage a load bearing wall like a dam-face is.

And Farakka barrage is a neutral grade barrage. meaning the barrage outlet and the main river outlet are at roughly same inclination, that way neither has actual gravitational master-slave relationship, its strictly sluice-gate operated.
We can make barrages at negative grade, meaning barrage outlet is sharper gradient than river gradient, meaning barrage diversion now has natural preference and if you blow up sluice gate, the river follows the barrage outlet course over the natural course.

A negative grade barrage is only when you want the canal to have preference - such as the Turkmenistan canal barrage at mirzabeg, turkmenistan on Amu Darya. Actually there IS no barrage, its just straight negative grade canal that creates a natural lake-reservoir ( Zaid reservoir) and only reason Amu Darya doesnt run completely dry beyond this point is because Russians ensured that negative grade canal had only maximum 30% water volume capacity of the river.

if we wish, we can change that too. If we make a negative grade canal like mirzabeg and made it to account for 90% of Chenab water, they can lob as many nukes at it they want, but without showing up with full on construction crew engineering team, they aint changing the diversion.

2. Resolving issues peacefully ..which they thoroughly violated during the kargil war and continued terrorist attacks.
