Pahalgam Islamic Terror Attack

I think Bharat Rakshak Forum would be a better fit for your needs.

What makes you think I'm not a part of it?

If you're willing to reach out to people already in the know, then there's no need for a public facing forum such as this. In India, with the kind of demographic we have now + the fact when exactly internet came into play, the audience will only get younger and more diverse. If that's something you can't stomach, I'm afraid things are about to become worse.

I don't understand what are you trying to convey here. What can't I stomach?

Maybe, one thing can be done is to have a locked, unaccessible, invisible invite only thread for wizened fellows such as yourself to congregate and swap intelligent debate. Maybe that would be more to speed.

In the past, both after Uri and Pulwama, the previous avatar of DFB had quality discussions and analysis. It clearly seems ^^intelligent debates and discussions^^ aren't needed here. There are a few other DFI oldies who would have added immense value to the discussions here but are staying out because of the current quality of discussions and also because we are after all "wizened fellows" who have congregated elsewhere.

Perhaps it's my bad to expect a better quality of discussion here. Have a good time with this level of discussion, I'm out.

I am someone who passionately fought the SM war both times... in 2016 & 2019... In 2019 damaged my eyes bcoz of almost 24×7 SM engagement and only 2-3 hrs sleep from Feb14 to Mar10 2019. Took many months to recover.

I have a word of caution for all newbies... which I learnt by experience.

Paki propaganda is very intricate & insidious

Bcoz most online Indians lack awareness of military & geopolitics

All propaganda info is not negative... many a time it sounds positive and people of this side start jumping and spreading it... and later some paki or other foreigners (paki associates) debunk it... and this leads to discredit of Indian SM... which is demotivating as well.

So be careful... nothing would be straight. Don't believe every pleasing news on first instance... especially from anonymous accounts... even if supported by attached pic or video... verify.

Bunker buster bombs do not act like normal munitions, they are precesion guided munitions and they hit their targets accurately. Only one bomb got veered off remaining all were hit.

The fact that Pakistan took 1 month to clean the premises and allow journalists for a tour proves it.

If the bombs veered off then Pakistan should have showed the terror camps the next day.

falling for the ISI psy ops ... Yaaawn :boink:

The real circus and panic is happening inside Pakistan.
I have not fallen for any Paki psy ops, buddy. Let me provide some context that I shared in my original thread, which led me to reflect on the effectiveness of the Balakot strike.

1. Pravin Swami’s article, in which he mentions that the SPICE bombs missed their targets.
2. The article that he referenced which explains in-dept why the bombs missed the targets. https://nationalinterest.org/blog/b...strike-shows-how-hard-precision-bombing-49397

Indian Retaliation should come fast

PM Modi, if retaliation is to be done then what is the delay. Currently the terrorists and Pakistanis are celebrating success. The longer you wait, the more celebration they will have. Hence, whatever retaliation you plan then go ahead and do it. Don’t listen to US or UK diplomats. They favour Pakistan.

Don’t be afraid of their nuclear bomb. That bluff has to be called and India show them their own nuclear bombs. Let them see the Indian bombs destructive power.

As a reminder, go back to Vajpayee warning in 1999 that Pakistan can bomb India but in retaliation most Pakistanis will not see tomorrow’s sunrise as India bombs them back. That warning served to Pakistan thru Clinton had a strong effect in Pakistani mind. They called off all aggression.

Modi should show off Indian bombs and Indian capability to stop most of Pakistani missiles thru its defence shield network. Unless PM Modi, you are ready to fight, they will consider it weakness.
Mr. Sud, modern geopolitics and the global position of India don't allow for a hasty all-out military strike. If you haven't noticed, Sir, all the cogs of the government and military are active, key decisions have been taken, and on the ground status quo has changed significantly. Even in the case of the surgical strikes and the Balakot airstrikes, they took place 10-12 days after Pakistani transgressions. This time, it'll be much more significant from all the indications. And that requires a calibrated approach.

We expected much more maturity from our defense community many of whom are active for over 1-2 decades.

A bulk of members wants a full-scale war to start just withing hours from the attack. No one gave any thoughts to the planning and logistics and the implication of that.

Give the govt some time to take actions. They have started quite well and if they fail to take any substantial on ground action then you all are free to question and attack this govt.
So funny right 24 hours hogaya 48 hours hogaya , We had seen the fallout of Feb 27th and it took us months to fight back the narrative ..

Pakistan has set us a trap for sure .. there is something has been hatched for sure with this sudden provocation nothing is spontaneous .. Look at the kind of people baying for paki blood of all scamgressi leaders saying flaten pindi my gwaad kya hogaya .. they all want Modi to launch a war and will drink his blood if it misfires badly towards us ..

Do anyone has update on the BSF constable who inadvertently crossed border. Flag meeting was supposed to be happen yesterday, but i couldn't find any news reported

Pakistan didn't turn up for the flag meeting. Basically he won't be returning any time soon.

Yeah, again, too much noise. Too much preparation. 1 month of drum beating and then nothing ?
