I feel that if we can disrupt their crops and create a famine-like situation by erratically draining dams and causing droughts, it would seriously hamper their agricultural production and cripple their economy. Coupled with Indian Navy's action and imposes a blockade, it would further choke their resources and weaken them economically.
After that also, we would have to rely on the Baloch freedom fighters to continue their operations, along with the ongoing insurgency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Only then can we realistically think about the denuclearisation of Pakistan. Until then, I don't think it will be possible.
