Nah, we need a border with Afghanistan. We need to court Taliban because Afghanistan has shit loads of resources which has not been exploited yet. If we have a border with Afghanistan we will have access to Central Asia as well. Moreover, Afghanistan will not be a military threat to us. It is important if our goal is to capture PoK we better make sure our 100kms border with Afghanistan according to our maps is restored. You're talking about GB where pork army has tried to settle Punjabis. PoK still has the original population largely with domicile requirements. It's not easy for pakjabis and others to go there, let alone settle.

Correct, also means that the inadequacy of the response can be dumped on the forces since >"free hand has been given".

In return for taking this L i'm sure some emergency procurement and normal procurement will be approved and funded with lightning speed.
